One day I was walking through a library I’ve never been in before or since. I glanced off to my side and saw a lady from a distance wearing a Betty Boop shirt. Because of the angle I saw her from, the “boop oop a doop” looked like “Bop bop b bop”. Almost like a lightning strike, my brain resolved the misreading as a scene of Betty Boop killing a rapist with a pistol.
